DENS U is the corporate university of the DENS Partners Companies. It's mission - to provide a life-long learning environment for our Partners, with its objective being to improve career opportunities, the quality of our services and value of our work product.
All DENS Partners are encouraged to participate in DENS U. Each partner chooses courses that further individual career goals, plus annual quality and safety classes.
A Certified Apprentice Program teaches participants a trade, preparing them for long-term careers with DENS. A diverse Continuing Education Program provides administrators, managers, executives, and tradespeople opportunities to advance their careers & hone their skills.
